Maintenance

We will be performing a hardware upgrade tonight, 3 December 2025, starting from 23:30 until 23:45. During this period, a server restart will be performed, which will result in about 15 minutes of downtime on the secure application and API.

This notification serves to inform you that Absa will be implementing a maintenance change on the 4th of December 2025 that may impact both CAPI Mandates and Payments.

Absa anticipates intermittent downtime during the change window. The change will be monitored with all support groups on high alert.
