This notification serves to inform you that Paylnc (Bankserv SA) will be implementing a maintenance change on the 16th of March 2026 with anticipated impact on the Payshap service.

Change Window:
Start: Monday, 16 March 2026 at 00:30 AM
End: Monday, 16 March 2026 at 04:30 AM

Downtime: 1hr from 03:00AM - 04:00AM

We do anticipate downtime during the change window and therefore advise no processing during the change window, as all banks will be impacted. The change will be monitored with all support groups on high alert.
